Background The “Global Ethnics project” is a combination between the intellectal skills of handicraft that is uniqueness of each ethnic with its charm and attractive ness, and a contemporary design in order to blend with current trends of Ethnics Style. The aim is that the communities are able to apply the knowledge for product development which will bring more revenue to the community and meet the needs of the market further. Objective 1. To inherit the knowledge of the ethnics, and develop their skill to be more marketable 2. To apply the designing knowledge to create varieties of arts and crafts. 3. To raise up the professional standard of arts and crafts. Theme: “IN Accessories”; It focuses on the products related to the body decoration and fashion with patterns and techniques which have been inspired and co-created from the tribes and ethnic groups, such as jewelry, handbags, scarves, hats and etc. Concept: “Craftster”; The concept is a combination of traditional ethnics crafts, different modern designs, and creativity (Craft + Designer Gangster).
