เดิมทีงานปั้นทำเป็นอุตสาหกรรมในครัวเรือน โดยบรรพบุรุษเริ่มทำเครื่องปั้นดินเผาแดง ส่วนใหญ่เป็นแจกัน กระถางต้นไม้ ซึ่งสืบทอดกันมา 5 ชั่วอายุคนแล้ว และในฐานะทายาทมรดกงานปั้นรุ่นล่าสุด มีความคิดว่าจำเป็นต้องขยายรูปแบบการผลิตให้หลากหลายกว่าที่มีอยู่ จึงเริ่มทำงานประเภทเคลือบด้วยหวังจะเพิ่มตลาดขยายฐานลูกค้าให้กว้างมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะในแง่ประโยชน์ด้านการใช้สอยที่จะต้องสอดรับกับวิถีของสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ยังคงรักษาเอกลักษณ์งานปั้นมือเอาไว้เพื่อสร้างจุดขาย ไม่ให้หลงกระแสการค้าที่เน้นสร้างผลงานด้วยเครื่องจักรและเทคโนโลยี ที่อาจให้ความสำคัญกับปริมาณมากกว่าการคงไว้ซึ่งเอกลักษณ์และคุณค่าของชิ้นงาน

“Hand-made ceramics to international markets”

Previously, the clay forming was only the household industry. The ancestors started by making the red potteries mostly in the forms of vases and flower pots. The work has been transferred for 5 generations. As the latest generation of pottery heritage, the Teacher thinks that it is necessary to expand the production form to be more various. So, he started making ceramics with the expectation to expand wider customer base especially in terms of usefulness which must be correspondent with the changing society. However, the uniqueness of hand-made forming is still conserved for creating the selling point not to depend on the commercial trend which focuses on making the works by using machines and technologies with the attention paid on the quantity more than conserving the uniqueness and quality of works.
