ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองอีสานมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และถือเป็นมรดกอันล้ำค่าของภาคอีสาน โดยเฉพาะลายผ้าที่มีการถ่ายทอดจากบรรพบุรุษจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น ถือเป็นภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่เป็นความภาคภูมิใจของผู้ทอในการดำรงรักษาซึ่งเอกลักษณ์นี้ไว้ลายผ้าอีสานสำหรับการอนุรักษ์สืบทอดได้มีโอกาสทำงานร่วมกับกลุ่มเยาวชนคนรุ่นใหม่ในฐานะนักออกแบบ ทำให้เกิดองค์ความรู้ใหม่ในการทอผ้าอีสาน ทั้งในมิติของวัฒนธรรมและมิติของงานออกแบบ

The Northeastern traditional woven cloth is unique and is considered the precious heritage of eastern
region. It is the local wisdom bringing the pride to the weaver in conserving this uniqueness. This northeastern cloth is conserved by the Teacher in cooperation with the youth group as the designers who can create the new knowledge in the northeastern cloth weaving both in the dimensions of culture and design.
