เครื่องสังคโลกสุโขทัยเป็นเครื่องปั้นดินเผาที่ทรงคุณค่าทั้งในแง่รูปลักษณ์และภูมิปัญญาไทยอันสูงส่ง ปัจจุบันเป็นศิลปวัตถุที่หายากยิ่งมีผู้สนใจเสาะหาและซื้อขายกันในราคาสูง ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นของครูสมเดชที่จะอนุรักษ์เครื่องถ้วยสังคโลกให้คงอยู่กับชาวสุโขทัย และส่งเสริมให้มีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่รู้จักกันอย่างกว้างขวางยิ่งขึ้นทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ครูสมเดชจึงได้ศึกษาเครื่องสังคโลก ตั้งแต่ลักษณะรูปแบบ เนื้อดิน น้ำเคลือบ การเผาจนมีความรู้และสามารถทำเครื่องสังคโลกได้เหมือนในอดีต และริเริ่มสร้างอาณาจักรพ่อกูสังคโลกขึ้นเพื่อสืบสานการผลิตเครื่องสังคโลกให้เป็นงานฝีมือและสินค้าไทยที่ทรงคุณค่า ทั้งยังเปิดเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์จัดแสดงเครื่องสังคโลกสุโขทัยที่บรรพบุรุษได้สะสมไว้ให้ผู้สนใจเข้าชมโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย

With the determination of Teacher Somdech in conserving the Sangkhalok Antique Glazed Ceramic to remain with Sukhothai people and to be promoted to have more and wide reputation both domestically and internationally, Teacher Somdech and Khun Prachuab Phuangphaen study Sangkhalok Antique Glazed Ceramic from the style, clay meat, coating liquid, burning until having knowledge and competence in making the chinaware similarly to those of Sukhothai period. The museum of My Father’s Kingdom of Sangkhalok Antique Glazed Ceramic is constructed to continue the production of Sangkhalok Antique Glazed Ceramic to become the skillful Thai products. Sukhothai Sangkhalok Antique Glazed Ceramic accumulated by the ancestors is open for visitors to visit in the form of open museum using the technique of light and sound. The museum of My Father’s Kingdom is open for interested persons to visit without charge except for donating the money for funding the project as voluntary.
