ครูเป็นช่างทอผู้อนุรักษ์รูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ เทคนิค และกรรมวิธีการผลิต ให้คงลวดลายเฉพาะถิ่นของกลุ่มลาวครั่ง คงเอกลักษณ์ดั้งเดิมและเสน่ห์ของลวดลายผ้าทอ 3 ประเภทคือ ผ้าขิด ผ้าจก และผ้ามัดหมี่ทั้งผ้าฝ้ายและผ้าไหมผ้าทอในชีวิตประจำวัน เช่น ผ้าปูที่นอน(ผ้าล้อ), ถุงขนมเส้น(ย่ามใส่ขนมจีน), ผ้าซิ่น, ผ้าขาวม้า, หมอนน้อย(หมอนหน้าหก), หมอนเท้า(หมอนขวาน) ฯลฯ ผ้าทอที่ใช้ในพิธีทางศาสนา เช่น ผ้าคลุมหัวนาค ผ้าห่อคัมภีร์ ฯลฯ และครูยังถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้นี้สู่ลูกหลานเยาวชนและผู้ที่สนใจ เพื่อคงไว้ซึ่งมรดกทางศิลปหัตถกรรมที่บรรพบุรุษได้มอบไว้ให้คงอยู่ตลอดไป

“Conserve the wisdom of Lao Krang cloth”

The Teacher is the weaver who conserves the styles of products, techniques, and methods of production to remain the exceptionally local patterns of Lao Krang to be originally unique and charming. The patterns are in 3 types; Kit, Jok, and Mudmee both cotton and silk woven in daily life such as bed sheets (Lor cloth), noodle bags, Mon Noi sarong (Non Na Hok), triangular backrest pillow, etc. The woven cloth used in the religious ceremonies such as the cloth covering the person about to be ordained, cloth covering the religious books, etc. The Teacher also conveys the knowledge to the descendants and the interested people in order to maintain the handicraft which the ancestors had given to remain forever.
