ประธานกลุ่มจักสานไม้ ไผ่ บ้านแก่งนางเริ่มจัดตั้งกลุ่มตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2546 ด้วยการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่ชาวบ้านได้ทำงานจักสานไม้ไผ่อยู่แล้วมาดัดแปลงจากกระติบข้าวเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ซึ่งใช้ไม้ไผ่ไร่จากบนเขาที่มีความเหนียว สร้างจุดเด่น ในงานสานที่มีความละเอียดในการสานจนเหมือนการทอผ้า

The President of Ban Kaeng Nang bamboo woven wares was set up in 2003 by using the local wisdom which the villagers work the bamboo woven wares and apply from the bamboo rice container into various products by using the bamboo on the mountain which is tight to create the remarkableness in weaving with the fineness in weaving like weaving cloth.
