แรงบันดาลใจในการทำงานของผมเกิดจากการที่ได้เห็นชาวบ้านโคกเจริญตากหัวหมี่สีเหลืองไว้เต็มไปหมด จึงทำให้เริ่มหันมามองผ้าที่ชาวบ้านย้อมกันก็ได้พบว่าผ้าที่ชาวบ้านทอก็สวยดีแต่เฉดสีที่นำมาย้อมผ้านั้นเป็นเฉดสีที่ดูโดดเกินไป ผมจึงคิดค้นออกแบบสี โดยนำทฤษฎีสีตามหลักวิชาการที่ได้เรียนมาใช้กับการย้อมผ้า ปรากฏว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ออกมามีรูปแบบที่ต่างจากเดิมมาก จนกลายเป็นอัตลักษณ์เฉพาะผ้าที่ผมคิดค้นขึ้น ทำให้ผ้าเป็นที่ต้องการของตลาดมากขึ้น ทำให้มีกำลังใจในการค้นคว้าเครื่องมือในการทอผ้า เช่น การค้นด้ายแต่เดิมใช้มือก็เปลี่ยนมาใช้มอเตอร์ทำให้งานสะดวกและรวดเร็วขึ้น และได้ร่วมกันสร้าง ผ้าลายราตรีวังนารายณ์ ส่งเข้าประกวดได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศผลิตภัณฑ์ดีเด่นภาคกลางครูได้รวบรวมองค์ความรู้แล้วนำเข้าไปบรรจุในหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนของที่โรงเรียน เรียกได้ว่าเด็กที่จบจากโรงเรียนอนุบาลโคกเจริญ 80% จะต้องทอผ้าเป็น เพื่อเป็นการสานต่อและอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญานี้เอาไว้ตลอดไป

Product : Design the patterns of Mudmee cloth

“I create the new dimension for Mudmee cloth, invent the new patterns, design the new colors, and create the biggest Mudmee structure to weave Ratree Wangnarai cloth which is the most proudly work of Lopburi people.”

My inspiration of work is from seeing the villagers in Ban Kok Charoen dry a lot of yellow silk. I try to notice the cloth dyed by the villagers and find that the cloth woven by the villagers is beautiful. However, the color shade to be dyed is too bright. Therefore, I try to invent and design the colors by using the color theory following the academic principles to be used in dying. It is found that the products have the forms different from previously very much until being the identity. My invented cloth is desirable by the market more. This encourages me in researching the instruments in weaving. For example, in pulling the thread which previously used hand, it is changed to use motor for working more conveniently and cooperating in making Ratree Wangnarai cloth to attend the contest and receive the award of winner in Central region. The Teacher gathers the knowledge and includes in the curriculum. It can be considered that 80% of the students graduating from Kok Charoen Kindergarten can weave. This is to further and conserve this wisdom forever.
