อำเภอชนบทเป็นดินแดนแห่งการทอผ้า ผมเกิดมาท่ามกลางเสียงกี่กระตุก เสียงนี้แหละที่สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ผมอยากจะเป็นช่างทอผ้า โดยเริ่มต้นเรียนรู้จากการกรองไหม มัดลาย ย้อมสี ค่อยๆ ฝึกไปทีละขั้นตอนตามคำสอนของเหล่าช่างทอ จากนั้นก็เริ่มทอลายโบราณอย่างลายดอกหญ้า เมื่อชำนาญแล้วจึงพัฒนาลายของตัวเองขึ้นมา โดยจะนำลายโบราณมาผสมผสานกับลายสมัยใหม่ เช่น ลายหัวใจว่าง การส่งต่อภูมิปัญญาเพื่อการอนุรักษ์นั้นทุกวันนี้ผมก็ได้ไปสอนกลุ่มชาวบ้านตามจังหวัดต่างๆ เช่น นครราชสีมา อุดรธานี บุรีรัมย์ ชัยภูมิ เป็นต้น โดยจะไปสอนเทคนิควิธีการมัดหมี่ให้เขา เพราะอยากให้เขาทำออกมาได้สวยงามเหมือนกับผ้าที่เราทำ

Chonnabot District is the land of cloth weaving. I was born amidst of the loom’s sound. This sound inspires me to want to become a weaver by starting from learning how to filter the silk, tie into pattern, and dye. I practice gradually step by step following the teaching of the weavers. Then I started to weave the ancient pattern such as the grass flowers pattern. When being expert, I develop my own patterns to combine the traditional patterns to the modern patterns such as heart patterns. The transfer of conservation of wisdom can be made as nowadays I teach the groups of villagers in various provinces such as Nakhon Ratchasima, Udon Thani, Buri Ram, Chaiyaphum provinces. I teach the technique in Mud Mee weaving to them because I want him to make it beautifully like we.
