การทอผ้ามัดหมี่ในปัจจุบันค่อนข้างแตกต่างจากเมื่อก่อน เพราะเมื่อก่อนจะไม่ค่อยทำลายใหม่ๆ จะใช้ลายแบบดั้งเดิม สีที่ใช้ทำลายจะมีเพียงสีดำ แดง ต่อมาเมื่อโลกเริ่มเปลี่ยนไป เราจำเป็นต้องทำตามสมัยนิยมมากขึ้น ปัจจุบันมีการคิดลายใหม่ๆ ขึ้นมาและประยุกต์จากลายดั้งเดิม มีการพัฒนาใส่สีเข้าไปใหม่เพื่อให้มีความหลากหลายมากขึ้น ผลงานที่ภาคภูมิใจมากที่สุดคือผลงานที่ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัลจากสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ และผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัล THE UNESCO CRAFT PRIZE ที่มีผู้ร่วมส่งผลงานมาจากทั่วโลก ผ้าผืนนี้จะเป็นการรวมลายโบราณถึง 14 ลายด้วยกัน นอกจากการทอผ้าแล้วครูยังทำหน้าที่สอนการทอผ้าแก่เด็กๆ ลูกหลานของชาวบ้านและบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจให้เข้ามาเรียนรู้และไม่ใช่ให้เรียนเพียงอย่างเดียวเท่านั้นยังมีค่าตอบแทนให้อีกด้วย

"Mai Noi is the queen of silk. It is the most beautiful silk. My Mut Mee cloth is woven by Mai Noi only."

Weaving Mut Mee today is quite different from previously as in the past, not many new patterns were invented. They use traditional patterns in the colors of black and red. Later, when the world changes, we need to follow the modern trend more. Currently, new patterns are invented from the application of traditional patterns. The new colors have been added for more variety. The most proud of my works is the work receiving the award from HM the Queen and the award winning THE UNESCO CRAFT PRIZE which is joined by people interested in sending the works to compete around the world. This piece of cloth is the combination of 14 traditional patterns. Apart from weaving, the Teacher also teaches how to weave to the children and interested persons. Not only learning but they can also earn remuneration.
