ผมได้คลุกคลีงานจักสานไม้ไผ่มาตั้งแต่เด็กเพราะเติบโตมาพร้อมกับช่างฝีมือในยุคแรกๆ จึงมีความผูกพันและเป็นอาชีพที่สร้างรายได้ให้กับครอบครัว ตอนผมยังเด็กคุณแม่ (ปราณีบริบูรณ์) ไม่ค่อยอยากให้ทำอาชีพนี้เท่าใดนักจึงส่งผมไปเรียนต่างประเทศและเมื่อเรียนจบในปี 2543 ก็ได้กลับมาช่วยกิจการของคุณแม่โดยนำเอาวิชาความรู้ที่ได้เรียนจากต่างประเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้กับธุรกิจโดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาในรูปแบบของการตลาดด้วยการนำลายเครื่องจักสานดั้งเดิมมาต่อยอดในเรื่องของรูปทรงรูปร่างเพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองการใช้งานในปัจจุบันได้แต่ก็ยังคงอนุรักษ์ลายดั้งเดิมของชุมชนเอาไว้อย่างเหนียวแน่น

“Folk craft, Bamboo artisan of Panasnikhom”

I have been accustomed to bamboo artisan since my childhood because I grew up together with first generation of artisans in the early days. It is the commitment and professionalism to earn money for the family. When I was young, my mother (Pranee Boriboone) did not want me to continue this professionalism so she sent me to study abroad. And upon my graduation in 2000, I returned to the business of the mother by taking the knowledge learned from abroad applied to our business especially the development in marketing with the introduction of patterned to be able to respond to current usage, but still preserve the original design of the community.
