การย้อมคราม ต้องทำด้วยความรัก ตั้งแต่ หมั่นหาของหวานไปให้ มีกล้วย มีน้ำตาล มีอ้อยก็ไปแบ่งให้ของเปรี้ยว เผื่อมันอยากกิน ก็เอามะขามไปใส่ให้ จะโยนให้แบบทิ้งๆ ขว้างๆ ก็ใช่ว่าจะได้ แต่ต้องส่งให้ดีๆ พูดจาด้วยดีๆ คนไหนไม่อาบน้ำ เนื้อตัวสกปรกหรือแม้แต่ประเภทใส่น้ำหอมฉุน ก็เข้าใกล้ไม่ได้ กระทั่งวันไหน ฟ้าผ่าฟ้าร้อง น้องครามก็อาจช็อก ตกใจ จนย้อมสีไม่ติดเอาได้ง่ายๆ
