ครูอยู่ในครอบครัวคนทำทองมาตั้งแต่เด็ก จนเกิดความรักและความศรัทธาในงานทองอย่างแท้จริงประกอบกับต้องการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมและศิลปหัตถกรรมในท้องถิ่นให้คงอยู่คู่กับชาวศรีสัชนาลัยอีกทั้งยังเป็นการสนับสนุนการฝึกอาชีพในท้องถิ่นโดยได้มีการฝึกสอนช่างในตำบลท่าชัย ตำบลศรีสัชนาลัยให้เป็นช่างผู้ชำนาญงานและมีความประณีตในทุกชิ้นงานการทำทองด้วยความประณีตในทุกชิ้นงาน โดยยึด “เต็มน้ำหนัก เต็มเนื้อทองพัฒนาฝีมือ คือทองนันทนา” การถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาการทำทองสุโขทัย แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ลักษณะ คือการถ่ายทอดให้คนในครอบครัว -การถ่ายทอดจากเจ้าของร้านให้แก่ลูกจ้าง -การถ่ายทอดระหว่างช่างทองกับช่างทอง ซึ่งเป็นการถ่ายทอดจากประสบการณ์ตรงโดย การให้ปฏิบัติจริง และเลียนแบบชิ้นงานตัวอย่างจนเกิดความชำนาญและคิดประดิษฐ์ลวดลายได้ ด้วยตนเอง

The Teacher is in the family of gold makers so she has love and faith in the gold wares profoundly and she also wants to conserve local culture and handicraft to exist with Si Satchanalai people. This also promotes the job training for local people by teaching the makers in Tha Chai Sub-district, Si Satchanalai District to be proficient and delicate in all pieces of gold works with the concept of “full weight and full gold content with developed skill is Nanthana gold.” The transfer of wisdom of gold making in Sukhothai is in 3 features; transferring to family members, transferring from the shop owner to the employee, and transferring between the goldsmiths which is the direct transfer of experience by real practicing and imitating the sample work pieces until being proficient and can invent the patterns.
