เครื่องดนตรีไทยที่ครูสร้างขึ้นมาชิ้นแรกคือ ระนาด ระนาดรางแรกสำเร็จและนำไปบรรเลงออกงานนักดนตรีเห็นก็ถูกใจ จึงขอซื้อไปใช้ ก็ทำใหม่ขึ้นมาก็มีคนมาขอซื้ออีกฝีมือก็เริ่มพัฒนาขึ้นเรื่อยๆ จากรูปแบบธรรมดากลายมาเป็นแกะสลัก ลงรักปิดทอง โดยครูได้ไปศึกษาลายไทยและสังเกตดูจากหน้าบันโบสถ์ตามลายข้างวัดบ้าง จากหนังสือแบบลายไทยโบราณบ้าง และนำมาประดิษฐ์วาดลายลงบนเครื่องดนตรีไทยปรับปรุงแก้ไขจนเกิดความชำนาญ เมื่อเครื่องดนตรีไทยของครูเป็นที่นิยมมากขึ้น การผลิตเครื่องดนตรีไทยจึงได้มีการนำเครื่องจักรที่ทันสมัยมาใช้มากขึ้นแต่ในส่วนของงานที่เป็นศิลปะ ที่มีความประณีตละเอียดอ่อนยังคงต้องใช้แรงงานจากช่างฝีมือเป็นหลัก ทำให้เกิดการสร้างงานและจ้างงานให้คนในชุมชนได้อย่างมาก

The first piece of Thai musical instruments made by the Teacher is the xylophone. When it was used in the event, it attracted the musician so that he bought it. Then, the Teacher made the new ones and more people bought them. His skill started to improve more and more. From the ordinary style, it becomes the one which is carved and lacquered. The Teacher has studied Thai patterns and observe the patterns used in the temple and from the book of ancient Thai patterns to create the patterns on the musical instruments as well as modifying and improving until being professional. When the Teacher’s musical instruments become more popular, the modern machine is then used more in producing the musical instruments. However, in term of art, the work still requires the delicacy and human labor from the skillful persons. This leads to the creation of jobs and employment to community people very much.
