ดิฉันรู้สึกภูมิใจที่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการอนุรักษ์งานของไทย ถ้าหากงานเหล่านี้สูญหายไปคงรู้สึกเสียดายมาก สิ่งสำคัญจึงอยู่ที่คนรุ่นหลังที่ต้องศึกษาเรียนรู้งานศิลปะของไทยแต่ละแขนงให้คงอยู่ และศึกษาให้รู้ถึงรากเหง้าซึ่งคงไม่ใช่เพียงการอนุรักษ์ศิลปะเก่าๆ แต่หมายถึงการต่อยอดผลงานของบรรพบุรุษ ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนรากแก้วให้พัฒนาสู่การเป็นรากหลายแขนง สิ่งเหล่านั้นจะกลายเป็น “นวัตกรรม” ที่ไม่มีวันสิ้นสุด
