เอกลักษณ์ของงานครูที่ใครเห็นก็จำได้ น่าจะเป็นฝาชีไม้ไผ่ลายดอกพิกุล ที่ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัลที่ 3 ประเภทฝาชีไม้ไผ่จากศูนย์ศิลปาชีพบางไทร ในสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถเมื่อปี พ.ศ.2537 แรงบันดาลใจในการคิดค้นลายและรูปแบบงานมาจากนายจรินทร์ กาญจโนมัย อดีตผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ซึ่งท่านได้สนับสนุนวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาให้ความรู้ด้านการจักสานไม้ไผ่ หวาย และงานจักสานลายช่างหลวง ซึ่งเป็นลายดั้งเดิมที่ยากและมีความซับซ้อนมาก ได้แก่ ลายหนามทุเรียน โดยครูปั่นได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมในครั้งนั้นและนำความรู้กลับมาฝึกฝนต่อยอดพัฒนาตนเองจนเกิดความชำนาญ

“Preserver of the beautiful art of weaving bamboo basket”

Her identity which can be recognized by anyone who sees it is Bullet Wood pattern dish cover which was awarded the 3rd best handicraft of bamboo cover from Bang Sai Royal Folk Arts and Crafts Centre under the Royal Patronage in 1994. Creation of new patterns has been inspired by Mr.Charin Kanchanomai, former Governor of supanburi Province, who had arranged an expert to give knowledge of bamboo and rattan wickerwork as well as the rare and complicated royal wickerwork handicrafts e.g. Durian Thorn pattern. Master Pun has attended the workshop and employed the technique to create and develop her own works.
