Whenever people think of bamboo rice miller, they think of Mr. Boonchu. This is the one and the only unique craft of his. My inspiration is that having the rice miller to process rice for eating is beneficial not only because you get nutritious brown rice but also because you can obtain the by-products such as rice bran and broken-milled rice for sale. Integrating local wisdom with sufficiency economy will help the community rely on its own. I am glad to transfer the methods and techniques to those who are interested. I am happy that the young express their interest to learn and inherit the bamboo rice miller, and I hope that this wisdom will not disappear.
