ในสมัยเด็กๆ จะไปดูลุงส่างปานทำในหมู่บ้าน เขาเป็นคนไทยใหญ่อพยพจะตีแต่แหวน กำไล เขาทำให้ใส่ชิ้นนึงชอบมาก ก็คิดอยากทำแบบลุงบ้าง ตั้งแต่นั้นมาก็ไปถามวิธีการทำ ลุงก็จะบอกวิธีการทำแบบพื้นฐานให้ เราก็ฝึกหัดทำมาเรื่อยๆ ต่อมาก็ได้ออกแบบเป็นของตัวเองโดยการดูสิ่งรอบตัว เช่น ดอกไม้ ใบไม้ และแมลงต่างๆ ซึ่งจะเห็นเป็นลายเส้น ก็เลยดึงลวดเงินให้เป็นเส้นแล้วนำมาขดลวดลายต่างๆ งานเครื่องเงินในปัจจุบันจะหาคนที่สนใจ และคิดทำอย่างจริงจังได้ยาก ก็เลยคิดจะสอนให้คนใกล้ตัวทำโดยสอนให้ลูกทำก่อน อยากจะให้งานเครื่องเงินที่ใช้ฝีมือแบบใช้เส้นเงินทำสืบต่อไปเรื่อยๆ ปัจจุบันเราได้สอนให้กับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆ ถ้านักศึกษามีความสนใจสามารถติดต่อขอเรียนได้

In the childhood, I saw Uncle Sangpan do it in the village. He was the Tai Yai refugee who always made rings and bangles. He made one for me and I really liked it. I want to do as the Uncle do. So, I decided to learn from him. He told me the basic methods and I practiced regularly until having my own design by observing the surroundings such as flowers, insects, and leaves. There are pattern of lines. So, I use the silver wire to bend into pattern. Nowadays, there are very few people who are interested in silver wares and seriously want to do for living. Therefore, I decide to teach my children first. I would like the silver wares which are the handicraft to remain continually. At present, we teach the university students. Any interested student can contact for learning.
